I was a little skeptical of needing massage therapy but one morning I knew I needed it after falling asleep on my couch with my head and shoulder in a weird position and waking up with what my grandma would call a "crick" in my neck. Couldn't turn my head fully to one side without feeling like I might tear a muscle in my neck. It made it harder to focus at work.
